An Exploratory Analysis of Educational Management for the Universities




Is well known that education is an essential part of economy, producing the peoples´ knowledge to prepare the best products for the industry, therefore is important to have flexibility in the curriculum according to regulations, institutional policies, the demand of the productive sector and international references, also it needs to have and accurate system for evaluation and updating of the programs according to regulations, integrating the productive sector.


The teaching-learning process has been impacted and changed by globalization. . Technology nowadays is affecting the teaching practice on student engagement, on the academic work and the control on the academic knowledge. Professional development of teachers and administrators need to improve their skills and training for institutional strengthening.
Education make us generate adequate academic mobility conditions, facilitating insertion in the international context, adopting of ICT's model processes within education. Improving English Laboratories, multimedia material for classes and material for training.

Technology has the capacity to create virtual environments for campus-based students, and also full online virtual universities, which are becoming efficient, adding virtual dimension to the traditional campus-based institutions.

Higher education is one of the most important Institutions in any society, because provides benefits to the individuals and within the society, in our university we should have more professionals in all the programs with the capacity of updating the programs. In the same matter we have to plan an improvement of physical infrastructure ,  in  line  with  the  demands  of  growth and modernization. 
Distance education
Research projects, the transfer of knowledge atmosphere, the share of experience, and the involvement are the core of the soft skills the students need to achieve to be prepared for development. We must generate conditions for teachers and students to join programs and research projects, strengthening  in  the  transfer  or  application  of  knowledge  in  relation  to  the investigation.
